Job Description
武汉市 武昌区

Major responsibilities:

  • Achieve divisional saving goal
  • Negotiate with suppliers for better offer, keep prices up to date
  • According to saving analysis, find qualified convertors and finish products converting process.
  • Accomplish divisional projects
  • According to vendors’ performance, find most suitable supplier for new products development.
  • Develop Dual source/ Multi source for key products within timeline
  • Suppliers Management:
  • Maintain good relationship with current suppliers and develop new suppliers with good potential
  • Tracking suppliers’ capacity change, according to monthly usage/order forecast, negotiate with vendors for capacity adjustment and allocate reasonable volumes
  • Arrange itinerary for divisional PM and meeting schedules as required
  • Cross-department collaboration
  • Cooperate with IM team for stable production/ shipment on time
  • Cooperate with Quality team for products validation/new vendor set up/defective resolve/environment audit penalty

Basic requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in International Trade/ Business English
  • More than 3 years working experience
  • Some background of non-woven protective products manufacturing/ purchasing will be a plus
  • Working experience in foreign company, English is work language, ability to write and speak.
  • 50% travel
