Job Description

Responsibilities

The incumbent will report to Director of Supply Chain Management, be responsible for food and non-food items souring and inventory control to support stores operations;  striving to reduce the total cost of goods sold; driving the team performance to achieve company goals; managing day to day supply chain operations, including handling orders, tendering, quotations and inventory review; managing logistics issues through 3PL.

Requirements

  • University graduate in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years relevant experience in F&B industry, QSR food chain procurement experience is preferred
  • Minimum 4 years of supervisory role
  • Meticulous, cautious in numbers, analytical and organized
  • Possess good cost control and quantitative analytical skills
  • Strong supervisory and coaching skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
