GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a detail-minded and well-organized Assistant Purchasing Manager for children items to join our company. The right candidate has to be mature and independent with good interpersonal skills.

ESSENTIAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Handle product, project and program development with completion on time
- Establish and update toys catalogues database
- Product specification and testing requirement setup
- Sourcing and identifying new vendors
- Managing suppliers, project schedule and work with cost analysis
- Order follow up with factories and internal parties to meet clients’ requirement and on-time delivery
- Arrange samples to lab and follow up on testing as per customers’ requests
- Business travel is required
- Handle ad hoc assignments as required
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 7 year’s work experiences in OEM/ODM
- Degree holder preferably in textile, clothing or related disciplines would be an advantage
- Extensive knowledge of toy’s products, production process and cost elements
- Good knowledge of toys testing standard
- Working experience in gift and premium toys development
- Attention to details, initiative, responsible and organized
- Excellent communication skill with China and overseas vendors is essential
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin is a MUST
- Excellent command of computer literacy in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of ERP system would be an advantage
- Immediately available is preferred
