Responsibilities:

・ Lead the QA team to ensure the company’s quality standards and procedures are met;

・ Provide guidance and training in quality assurance, quality control, factory assessments;

・ Work closely with factories on implementing Corrective Action Plans;

・ Review inspection results and when necessary conduct inspections/audits as required;

・ Prepare and submit management reports;

・ Plan QA team inspections schedule;

・ Lead by example in integrity, work ethic, efficiency and productivity;

・ Work with the QA Manager in developing / implementing / documenting QA initiatives;

Requirements:

・ Degree holder in Quality Management or equivalent

・ A minimum of 8 years QA experience in trading or buying office in which at least 4 years in supervisory position

・ Strong technical knowledge of footwear item is a must

・ Good understanding of garment manufacturing process

・ Familiar with Social Compliance requirements

・ Organized and detail-minded with multi-tasking capabilities

・ Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken

・ Good communication skills and ability to work independently

・ Willing to travel

・ Computer literate
