Responsibilities:

• Perform routine Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) audits against corporate standards and legal requirements at various operating locations across Hong Kong and issue audit reports
• Follow up and verify the corrective actions in HSE audits and provide necessary supports to facilitate continual improvement
• Conduct assessments on food safety, health & safety and environmental aspects at various operating locations
• Arrange different kinds of laboratory tests
• Conduct calibration tasks at various locations
• Plan and provide HSE training to different levels of staff
• Conduct investigation on food safety, health & safety or environmental incident
• Participate in the implementation, execution, monitoring and improvement of the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001)
• Facilitate various kinds of internal and external audits
• Involve in assigned ad-hoc project

 **Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager**

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Food Science or other related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years working experience in QA role in food / catering industry
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 / HACCP is an advantage
• Holding qualification of FEHD Hygiene Manager, auditor of ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 / HACCP is an advantage
• Self-motivated, hard-working and independent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Mature, self-motivated and independent
• Frequent travelling across Hong Kong is required
