职位描述

? Responsibilities:

? Leading the onsite QC team and strictly implement the company's quality standards, carry out quality control of incoming materials, production process, finished products and verify inspection report in TPG Asian OEM factory

? Evaluate the QC inspection report and tracking the inspection findings with factory, ensure factory correct in time

? Work with team to identify the improvement opportunity in factory workshop, raise efficiency, quality level

? Patrol factory to find and feedback quality problem, request supplier corrected and follow up CAP / 8D report

? Validate the ECN implementation in TPG factory and make feedback

? Work with factory to setup and implement the NPD quality criteria, audit all the PPAP documents

? Assist QM to monitor QCs daily work, including inspection arrangement, business trip, clock in/out etc.

? Leading the onsite factory weekly / monthly / quarterly quality meeting, send the quality metrics to QM regularly

? Work with TPG QM to handle all the quality complaints from HQ, ensure the all the complaints solved and have good precautionary measures.

? Identify the potential factory & QC risk, report QM and make the corrective action to avoid turning worse

? Standardized quality document, including incoming material, process, finished product inspection quality standard, data summary and analysis, etc.

? Follow the supervisor assigned work or travelling when company need. Follow the workplace change due to company strategic change or supplier location change

Key Requirements:

? College degree or above, more than 5-10 years quality supervisor or manager working experience

? Honest and integrity, teamwork, good communication, work careful

? Be familiar with stamping, welding, powder coating, assembly process

? Good computer skills of MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

? Can work under pressure and be able to bear the frequent business trip more than 30%

? Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing

? Solid understanding on quality tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D.
