Responsibilities:

• Assist to post contract activities including contract administration, estimation materials checks, measurement, claim management, payment application, variation application, contract close out and finalization of account
• Review documentations and identify value variations, preparation of monthly valuation
• Communication with the project team to assist day-to-day project tasks
• Perform ad hoc task as required
• Site Coordination
• Able to handle multi-tasks under pressure and deadline

Requirements:

l   Degree /Diploma/Certificate in Quantity Surveying or Building Studies or equivalent

l   1-2 years relevant experience is an advantage

l   Good command of written and spoken English is essential   

l   Good inter-personal skills, detailed minded, well-organized, able to prioritize and manage workload under pressure.

Remuneration:

• Mon - Fri : 9:00 am - 6:00pm  ,  Sat : 9:00am - 1:00 pm ( Alternative Sat-off )
• Year- end Bonus
• Salary: Negotiable
