Job description:

1. Handle all pre and post contract quantity surveying works
2. Prepare variation measurement and submission, follow up variation assessment andassist in the settlement of final account.
3. Assist to handle all the contractual related issues
4. Communicate with internal and external parties regarding contractual issues

Requirements:

1. Associate degree or above in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
2. Minimum 2 years relevant experience
3. Responsible, hardworking, detail- minded, team work player, able to work under pressure and be punctual.
4. Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese
5. Good knowledge of PC, e.g. MS Office, Word, Excel
6. Immediately available is highly preferred

Package

• 5 days (09:00 – 17:00), half Saturday per month (09:00 – 13:00)
