Job Description

  5.5 Day Work (alternate Saturday-off)

Working location: Yuen Long

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist to prepare tender submission especially scaffolding works;
• Prepare payment application for sub-contractor and invoices to clients.
• Follow-up payment dispute for on-going projects and handling final accounts for completed projects.
  
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Construction Field (Major in QS will be an advantage);
• Minimum 1 year experience in Construction Business (with QS exp in scaffolding business will be an advantage)
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Proficient in MS Office (Advance skills in Excel is an advantage)
• Able to multi-task and meet strict deadlines;
• Strong team player and able to work under pressure.
