Responsibilities

• Administration of Main-Contract and Sub-Contract;
• Handling of Sub-letting packages and Cost Control;
• Responsible for Cost Estimate, Measurement, Payment and Final Account;
• Contractual Claim and Dispute resolution.

Requirements

• 3 years relevant working experience in Foundation / Civil category;
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor;
• Diploma / Certificate in Quantity Surveying or other equivalent certificate holder;
• Proficient in MS Office;
• Well organized and self-initiative;
• Independent and able to work under pressure;
• Good command in spoken & written English and Chinese;
• Responsible, hardworking & willing to learn;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• 5.5 days with 2 Ex-gratia Saturday off (Mon to Fri: 09:00-18:00 & Sat: 09:00-13:00)

Working Location: Lai Chi Kok
