Our client is a well established MNC contractor with a strong portfolio of civil and building projects in Asia. Due to business expansion, they are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor/ Quantity Surveyor to join the team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Focus on cost control and estimation work
• Support project team to ensure the project is completed in a quality and timely manner 
• Coordinately with internal projects team and external clients, consultants and contractors 

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma/ Degree holder in Quantity Surveying 
• HKIS or RICS member would be an advantage but not a must 
• At least 3 years working in QS consultant firm
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese 
• Good communication and management skills
