Assist field sales team to develop a national strategy for the trade business and Operator business that enables Unilever Foods Retail to drive maximum availability and visibility in all geographies of operation.

? Achieve business target by making RTM strategy

? Build 5-year road map for market expansion

? Work out RTM model for different city tier, develop repeatable model for new market

? Bring expertise of RTM to the team for perfect execution

? DT JBP management and service

? DSR&MTR team management

? National execution and customer audit

Job Conditions

? Bachelor’s degree or above, fluency in both written and spoken English, skillful in office software in terms of Excel and PowerPoint;

? 5+ year experience in FMCG, related experience in Geo expansion, Route to Market strategy development, General Trade management, Distributor system management and sales interfacing with international KC customer, or other related functions

? Excellent communication skills with ability to endure pressure and work under cross-functional teams;

? Ability and drive to work independently;

? 3+ year experience in managing people.
