Non For Profit located in Shanghai looking for a mission driven Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team!

• Lead sourcing, recruitment strategy and execution to support hiring across all programs and departments
• Create a recruiting and interviewing plan and structure for each open position
• Develop recruiting metrics and establish reporting to measure effectiveness, including but not limited to: tracking actual to plan, hiring velocity, diversity, quality of hire, speed to hire, cost per hire
• Develop a social media recruitment strategy

• Works with manager to develop and implement recruiting plans to staff open requisitions while minimising cost per hire.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5+ of progressive travel in the field of staffing or human resources.
• Have significant journey in the full recruitment cycle.
• Major in graduate hiring.
• Strong communication skills and process planning.
• Ideally managed a team.
