ob based in the Hong Kong Representative Office of ABC Banking Corporation.

  • Conduct client onboarding procedure & assist in the bank account opening application process (corporates and individuals)
  • Process & review of application packs & KYC documents
  • Assist the Manager in the development of the customer base and maintain existing customer relationships
  • Handle queries from partners, local & offshore clients about the bank and its services
  • Assist the management in all admin matters
  • Coordinate with internal team in Mauritius to address customers’ needs & ensure smooth delivery of services
  • Provide reports in a time manner for HK management
  • Maintain appropriate risk control and compliance in all activities

 

Requirements

 

  • Excellent communication & listening skills in English, Mandarin & Cantonese. Native Cantonese or Mandarin speaker preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the finance of banking sector or administration
  • Degree holder in finance, economics or related discipline
  • Good command of office pack & good computer skills
  • Good understanding of international banking services is an advantage
  • A customer-oriented attitude with attention to detail
