Our client is looking for an ARM candidate to support Private Banking Relationship Manager in providing service to clients and contribute to client retention and growth.

Description

• Provide comprehensive client support services to PB RMs in client retention and growth

• Provide relevant information flow and execute all client transactional and administrative needs accurately

• Assist Relationship Manager in the daily maintenance of customer relationships

• Handle and resolve day-to-day queries from clients

• Work on the account opening process for private banking accounts along with on-going maintenance and monitoring of KYC profile

• As clients' key contact point in initiating customer instructions, monitoring fund payment, and preparing loans disbursement instructions

Profile

• Bachelor degree with 2-3 years' experience of sales assistant role in private banking sector

• Good knowledge of investments, banking products, operational procedures and systems

• Passed in the HKSI Paper 1, 7 & 8 and or RA Type 1 and 4 under HKMA / SFC

• Customer-oriented, organized and efficient

• Full commitment to and delight in outstanding client service

• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
