Responsibilities:

• To conduct industry researches to support Stan Group’s strategic and business planning
• To assist in identifying and validating new business trend and ideas with internal business units for further development
• To provide operational support for execution of market surveys including questionnaire design and subsequent analysis
• To assist in developing and managing internal database and to facilitate SG in adopting big data analytics
• To handle ad-hoc projects as assigned  

Requirements:

• Degree holder or in Business, Marketing, Statistics or related disciplines
• At least 3-5 years’ relevant experience gained from market research agency or consultancy firms will be preferred
• Ability in leveraging data analysis tools and techniques and extracting insights from data.
• Devise and evaluate methods for collecting data, such as surveys, questionnaires and opinion polls.
• With general business acumen.
• Proficient in using BI tools and Microsoft office applications.
• Good communication, analytical and presentation skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
