Working Location: Tuen Mun

Job Duties:

• Perform market research and analysis with the objectives of identifying dairy product opportunities and maximizing sales potential
• Develop conceptualize product ideas, design new product and maintain an effective and profitable product development cycle
• Manage R&D projects effectively, conduct progress review based on program milestone to meet management expectations
• Provide technical support to production line on procedure, ingredient preparation and packing process
• Ensure dairy products are produced in a safety environment and procedure by assisting Manager in developing QC and QA procedure guideline

Qualifications

• University graduate in Food Science and Technology / Nutrition Sciences / other related disciplines
• 5 years + of management experience in Food Science or dairy product development
• In depth market and product knowledge in dairy product development and / or production is highly preferred
• With strong organizing skill to prioritize tasks, and able to meet deadline in a tight schedule
