Assistant Reservations Manager

What you will be doing:

• Overseeing all aspects of the hotel’s reservations operations.
• Ensuring adherence to brand, quality, commercial and financial standards.
• Executing the Rooms budget with focus on revenue generation and profit growth.
• Executing the sales & revenue strategy.
• Adapting a guest centric approach towards commercial offerings by analyzing system data, gathering market intelligence and creative action planning.

Your experience and skills include:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the position in 5-star luxury hotels or resorts
• Ready to lead the department
• Native Arabic language.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Strong professional proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Preferable knowledge of Accor commercial systems and OPERA Cloud.
• Ability to work in remote locations.
