Assistant Reservation Manager

 

Under the direction of Reservation Manager, you will overlook the reservations function to ensure smooth fuctioning of the reservation division and achieve occupancy targets.


What you will be doing:

  • This position is responsible for answering and responding effectively to all enquiries on hotel reservations department in a knowledgeable courteous and prompt manner.

    Your experience and skills include:
  • Minimum 3-years experience in similar position
  • Good knowledge in Opera
  • Excellent reading, writing, oral proficiency in English
  • Well organized and strong leadership skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, word, and powerpoint
