The Company.

Our client is a renowned group with various projects e.g. building, infrastructural projects in Hong Kong. They are now looking for an experienced individual for the (Assistant) Resident Engineer, E&M for their projects in Hong Kong.

• Carry out overall site management and conducted design coordination
• Monitor all testing & commissioning activities
• Monitor and review resources, work progress, workmanship, quality of works and site safety in compliance with the contractual and statutory requirements
• Liaison with Client, Architect, Consultants, Contractors, Tenants and UUs for execution of the builder’s works and building services works
• Conduct all E&M related inspections and issued site instructions
• Verify the works completion of respective installations for payment assessment

Skills & experiences required.

• Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Building Services Engineering
• 6-8+ years of experience in E&M building/infrastructure projects experience
• Solid experience in site inspection and T&C monitoring
• Chartered Engineers
• Knowledge of PC operation
• Excellent communication & presentation skills in both English & Chinese
