Reporting to the Food & Beverage Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient running of the food and beverage areas to obtain customer satisfaction while meeting the departmental budget. You will also:

• Provide leadershipand support to our F&B team, empowering them to create exceptional experiences for our guests
• Developing your team and coaching them on internal procedures and service culture
• Liaising with all internal stakeholders to allow for the effecftive operation of our Restaurant & Bar
• Be a 'Service Spotter', ensuring the Restuarant & bar environment is well maintained, clean and everything is ready for service
• Be an efficient, friendly and professional provider of food and beverage service
• Provide for guests and patrons an experience and environment that exceeds their expectations.
• Be a champion for revenue generating initiatives, driving team results
• Be a passionate trainer, thriving on team success
• Lead your team through enthusiasm and example
• Support Restaurant & Operation Managers in other key areas of the complex

As a successful candidate you will have:

• Excellent leadership skills with a focus on driving team engagement
• A true desire to provide impeccable service
• Strong knowledge of F&B service & products
• Your Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
• The ability to be curious and listen to guests and the drive to make the impossible happen
• Confidence in liaising with various internal and external clients
• A high standard of grooming and presentation
• The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings and on weekends
• Experience with Shiji advantageous
