Assistant Restaurant Manager

Duties include but not limited to:

• Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Food & Beverage Operations team.
• Supervise and delegate duties and ensure brand standards are maintained.
• Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal.
• Provide a memorable dining experience for guests.
• Maintaining high hygiene standards across all venues.
