Job Description

Responsibilities 

  • Manage and oversee daily operations of retail shop(s) and ensure compliance of company Standard Operations Procedures (SOP), policies and guidelines are in place.
  • Monitor performances to maximize sales productivity, manpower efficiency and deliver quality customer services.
  • Collaborate closely with various internal parties to evaluate business performance and formulate strategic business plans.
  • Lead and motivate retail shop staff to achieve business targets in terms of profitability, services standards and business development.
  • Analyze and report regularly on operational performance of retail shop(s) to management.
  • Keep abreast of market and industry trends, competitors and all aspects of the market.

 

Requirements 

  • Degree or Diploma holder in Business Management or related disciplines;
  • At least 5 years’ in-depth operational knowledge and management experience in Retail & F&B chained stores;
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively;
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills in spoken & written English and Chinese;
  • Good command of computer literacy in Chinese word processing, MS Word, Excel and Power Point;
  • Knowledge and experienced in various inventory and POS system is an advantage;
  • Immediate available is highly preferred;
  • Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Retail Operations Manager
