An exciting opportunity within the Revenue team has arisen due to internal movement with the Accor Hotels Group. This role will see the individual working over two properties: Mövenpick Auckland and Mercure Queenstown.

Reporting to the Director of Revenue and based at Pullman Hotel Auckland, you will be responsible for optimising occupancy, average rate and yield, and forecast demand for two brands in very different categories. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with revenue experience to work for New Zealand's largest hotel chain.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Regularly checking the input and quality of data (correct segmentation, denials tracking, etc);
• Working with the Director of Revenue to determine strategic goals and tactical efforts to drive revenue
• Maintaining a positive selling approach to maximize RevPAR
• Optimizing all opportunities to sell hotel’s services and products
• Analysing the performance of the hotel
• Delivering Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports along with any other adhoc data extraction
• Analysing competitors’ rates and OTA’s to ensure rate parity
• Assisting in the development of the hotel budget.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS Specificfor this role:

• Proven Revenue Management experience or reservations experience at a supervisory level advantageous
• Previous hotel operations experience and excellent PMS (Opera) knowledge
• Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
• Experience with a Revenue Management System like EzRMS is essential
• A high level of computer literacy and a solid understanding of Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong sales focus
