Safety

• Carry out daily SHE checks and enforcement on the site;

• Join investigation of accidents and incidents;

• To provide SHE training to all internal staffs, suppliers, visitors and contractors;

• Organize regular site emergency drill by internal and external resources;

• Collect and compile safety statistics for Allnex Changshu site and report the figures;

• Supervision implementation safety regulations;

• Ensure compliance with all kinds of website/documentation from related authorities;

  
  

  Security

• Assure effective access control of site;

• Control traffic and safe behavior of employees and visitors on the site;

• Make sure all ACS equipment on well running;

  
  

  Occupational Health / Industrial Hygiene

• Give effective first aid and medical treatment in the case of injury and work related illness;

• Assessment and management of hazards in the workspaces to assure health protection and optimum fitness of the employees;

• To carry out 5S auditing and reporting.

• To carry out OH checking annually;

  
  

  Environmental Protection

• Ensure and supervise compliance with national laws and regulations as well as with Allnex global standards for the protection of air, water, soil and noise;

• Ensure waste discharge or treatment activities complied with local and national laws;

• To carry out annual environmental testing according to EIA report;

Education (describe level of education for this position indicating if it is Required or Preferred (e.g. Bachelor’s, Master’s Degree, Ph.D., Law)

• University degree in chemical / mechanical / electrical / safety engineering.

  
  

  Experience (type and length of experience)




• At least 2 years as a safety role in multinational chemical companies or engineering companies who mainly serve chemical industry.

  
  

  Specific skills (skills and knowledge necessary to meet the objectives of the position)




• Profound knowledge about project and process management;

• Good knowledge in internal and national regulations;

• Professional knowledge and experience in the fields of Safety, Security, Environmental Protection, Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene;

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;

Good presentation skill.
