Responsibilities:

• Lead a sales team to explore and develop new business opportunities by building up and  maintaining good customer relationships
• To assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly
• Assists with products presentation to developers, interior designers, architects and consultants
• Manage the whole sales process from prospecting to closing deals
• Liaise and communicate with internal and external parties on daily operation issues
• Prepare regular sales performance and market analysis report, and participate in ad hoc project as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in business or related discipline
• 2-3 years sales management experience, with related experience in building materials is an advantage
• Proven experience with business-to-business sales with successful track record
• Capable of selling and dealing in all levels
• Good at data analysis, interpersonal, presentation and computer skills
• Able to communicate in English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Immediate available is preferred
