Responsibilities

• Closely keep abreast of the concrete market and support the clients;
• Develop a strong relationship with clients to maintain the highest level of satisfaction;
• Work closely with Production and Technical departments to ensure production schedule and quality are met with clients’ expectations;
• Ensure the terms and conditions of sales contracts and quotations are in line with the company policies;
• Handle customers' enquiries, complaint and take appropriate actions;
• Assist the Finance department to collect the long outstanding payments or account openings;
• Prepare monthly sales reports and forecasts for the management review.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering or related disciplines;
• 6 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in concrete or construction materials industry;
• Self-motivated, hardworking and able to work under pressure;
• Proficient in MS Office applications;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Holding of valid driving license;
• Immediate availability preferred

(Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Sales Officer)
