What you will do: Develop EPS energy saving and decarbonization projects opportunities by customer relationship management, promoting solutions, creating proposal, budgeting, contract negotiation, bid preparation, cost estimation. Secure opportunities and receive orders from customer, meeting annual BPS business targets (ie. OI, margin, revenue, etc). What we are looking for: Bachelor or above degree in Business Administration, Engineering or others related field. At least 3 years of Sales and HVAC (Chillers, Cooling Tower, Pumps) and Energy Efficiency (ESCO) or ESG business experience. Understand project lifecycles, manage stakeholders & decision maker, aggressive, growth mindset. Excellent command of Mandarin and English. Collaborative, solutions-oriented with strong communication skills.IT/IoT, Solar PV, energy storage, ESG solution related certificates or holding Refrigeration and Air conditioning Technician B (冷棟空調乙級技術士證照) is a plus.
