A 3rd party Logistics company located in Kwai Chung is now looking for high caliber candidate to apply for the following position: 

*Requirements: 

- Degree holder in Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent qualification

- Minimum 3 years sales experience in freight forwarding

- Good knowledge of Europe and Intra Asia ocean freight market

- Customer oriented with ability to establish strong relationship and interact effectively with customers

- Proactive, aggressive and result oriented

- Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills

- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin

- Proficiency in MS Office Applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

*Key Responsibilities:

- Understand customers’ need and provide solutions accordingly for Key Customer’s Accounts

- Maintain service quality by continuously improve working outputs

- Work closely with Sales & Operations Team to ensure customer’s requirements are fulfilled

- Actively participate in existing / new projects / business developments in all aspects

- Regular review meetings with both internal and external customers

- Lead the Customer Service Team (8 members), professionally interacts with customers, building strong relationships across various levels

- Perform any special duties or projects assigned by the management timely, efficiently and effectively
