Job Description
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and Implement Sales strategy, including new product development and launch, promotion activation, selling space management.
  • Collaborate with internal and external parties to implement sales strategy and customer promotion.
  • Make Customer business plan and recommend tactics.
  • Develop close customer relationship with regular visits, meetings, and business review.
  • Responsible for business development, in both customer and product level.
  • Monitor customer’s behaviors and follow up payment.
  • Provide Market Intelligence, in both customer and market side.
  • To produce exceptional quality tender submissions, tailored to the requirements of each individual client.
  • Responsible for assigned profit and sales targets.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree holder preferred in Business, Marketing, Nutrition/ Food Science or related disciplines
  • At least 2 years’ sales and business development experience, preferably in FMCG or Food industry
  • Customer Network and Product Knowledge are definitely an asset and advantage
  • Experience in launching new brand / new products in Hong Kong is a plus
