Job Description
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and Implement Sales strategy, including new product development and launch, promotion activation, selling space management.
- Collaborate with internal and external parties to implement sales strategy and customer promotion.
- Make Customer business plan and recommend tactics.
- Develop close customer relationship with regular visits, meetings, and business review.
- Responsible for business development, in both customer and product level.
- Monitor customer’s behaviors and follow up payment.
- Provide Market Intelligence, in both customer and market side.
- To produce exceptional quality tender submissions, tailored to the requirements of each individual client.
- Responsible for assigned profit and sales targets.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Degree holder preferred in Business, Marketing, Nutrition/ Food Science or related disciplines
- At least 2 years’ sales and business development experience, preferably in FMCG or Food industry
- Customer Network and Product Knowledge are definitely an asset and advantage
- Experience in launching new brand / new products in Hong Kong is a plus
