Redpath Partners are currently representing one of the largest and most successful real estate developers in Hong Kong. They currently searching for a high calibre project manager from APM, PM to SPM level to join their team working across high profile development projects in Hong Kong.

Reporting to the Head of Project and Development, you will lead a team of project level staff to oversee the management and delivery of large scale residential/ mixed used projects. You will contribute to the successful outcome of the works by ensuring that all design and planning, government approvals, program scheduling and budgeting are in place.

This represents an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Project Manager to progress their career with a recognized brand in the real estate market.

REQUIREMENT

• Degree in architecture, surveying, construction, engineering or related discipline
• At least 10 years’ experience in project management with exposure to residential, commercial or hospitality new build projects in Hong Kong
• Membership to an accredited institution is preferred (e.g. HKIA, RIBA, HKIS, RICS, HKIE)
• Extensive knowledge of Hong Kong regulations and requirements;
• Excellent relationship building, team management, presentation and communication skills;
• Fluency in English and Cantonese.
