Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide a backend support to ensure a smooth operation for the company
- Handle escalation cases from retail and referral from other departments
- Resolve case issues proactively and provide timely resolution to ensure minimal impact to the operation
- Plan, design and train the team for various functions in daily operations and support
- Resolve merchant's inquiries and communicate with partners to adjust any issues
- Assist the Department Head in handling new product implementation and procedures setup
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder or above
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience, with solid experience in E-payment is definitely an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skill, proactive, detail minded and good time management
- Wide-range of exposure in merchant operations support and product management
- Sound experience in service delivery, planning, implementation and supporting
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua is a plus
