• Report to Senior Manager – Warehouse & Logistics & lead a shipping team to support daily shipping operations
• Perform shipping operations including shipment booking and full set I/E declaration
• Support distribution team for data collection & preparing the analysis report
• Monitor and proceed payment process in a timely manner that related to Shipping and Distribution team
• Coordinate and communicate with internal and external parties on daily shipping operations
• Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Supply Chain, Logistics or other related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in shipping field with full set I/E declaration which is preferred
• Solid experience in Manufacturing industry would be advantage
• Energetic, well-organized, detailed-minded and able to work independently
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skill
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• PC Knowledge in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint and Chinese Processing
