- Ordinary Certificate in Building Studies or equivalent with minimum of 2 years relevant post qualifications experience in building maintenance organization
- Experience in housing DTC contract is preferred
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Word and Excel, Chinese Word processing ;
- Self-motivate, hard-working and willing to work under pressure;
