Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate with client & subcontractors.
• Prepare of daily report
• Monitor & supervise the site progress

Qualification and experience

• Ordinary Certificate or above in Building Studies or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year post qualification experience in building maintenance organization
• Experience in Housing maintenance is preferable
• Independent and self-motivated
