1. Work with marketing lead, marcom lead and other functions to define Bose China social media plans, campaign activations and editorial calendars at high level.

2. Own and drive market’s social strategy and execution in line with brand image and tone, strategic product pillars and target consumers.

3. Day-to-day account management of Bose China owned social platforms incl. wechat, weibo, redbook to ensure organic fan base growth and high engagement.

4. Be strategic and innovative in local social activities development, ensure brand activations are Bose distinctive and competitive, while with local relevancy and high engagement.

5. Tactically enhance and amplify “always on social content” in targeted community and vertical platforms to build a sustainable and desirable brand and product WOM in social platforms.

6. Mature leadership in partnership, management and negotiations with social agency and close collaboration with other agencies, internal stakeholders

7. Actively track and optimise paid social & owned social to drive efficiency, high sense of data analysis and KPI goals achievement

8. Familiar with celebrity and influencer marketing amplifications

9. Liaise with eCommerce team to streamline in-site and out-site brand related social content.

10.Proactively track competitor’s social marketing activities as well as new technology and trends.
