As more and more people discover Dyson, they visit our stores seeking ways to incorporate our products into their daily lives. It’s your job, as a Store Manager, to build and manage the retail store teams that engage customers in this constant changing retail environment. In this role, you lead the sales team that helps customers achieve ownership, learn new skills, and get technical supports.

On the sales floor, you're responsible for inspiring your team to create ownership opportunities for customers. Behind the scenes, you will oversee operations such as inventory and visual merchandising. You will actively build your own team - hiring, training, and developing team members in all these disciplines and more.

  • Experience in managing multiple commitments to customers, staff, and operations.
  • Ability to adapt to challenges while remaining calm in a constantly changing retail environment.
  • Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and deliver successful results.
  • Strong communication skills


Requirements:

  • Demonstrate leadership ability with at least eight years of experience in a retail setting
  • Cross-industry experience is welcome
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong people skills, a good listener, empathetic and approachable
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English & Chinese
  • Be passionate about learning new technology and products
  • Be flexible with working schedule based on business needs.
