l Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
l Develop account management standard/dashboard and credit-split policy.
l Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including marketing, sales, support, service and management resources, in order to satisfy account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
l Build strong project pipeline in assigned accounts and work closely with region sales organization to approach the opportunities.
l Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period.
l Meets targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
l Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.l Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, MBA or appropriate graduate degree highly desirable.
l 5+ years working experience in related industry and 5+ years of experience on B2B sales role (Healthcare vertical market is preferred).
l An in-deep understanding of strategic account approach and strong solution capabilities is desirable.
l Proven success in a sales, marketing and/or field applications roles is required.
l Must demonstrate excellent planning, communication, writing and facilitation skills. Ability to adjust strategies and approaches quickly as conditions dictate.
l Has rigorous and analytical temper to overcome the challenge and solve the problems.
