职位描述

? Responsibilities

1. Propose improvements to the current purchasing/planning system that will improve the supply chain efficiency and lower the cost

2. Collaborate with sales to develop metrics for gauging inventory level needs.

3. Schedule assembly operations to support build to order and build to stock requirements.

4. Monitor and improve Customer Satisfaction towards supply chain.

5. Ensure consistency of plant production plan according to demand and make recommendations in case of inconsistency

6. Manage the team in order to reach Dept. objectives as well as ensuring individual development.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above.

2. Above 6 years supply chain experiences, with 4 years managerial experiences.

3. Familiar with ERP, can effectively plan the supply, procurement, production, logistics, and warehouse management, etc.

4. Good business analysis ability, strong overall planning, data analysis, judgement and decision-making, good communication and coordination skills.

5. Strong initiative to proactively seek clarification of requirements

6. Be proactive and self-initiative. Experience in household industry is preferred.
