Responsibilities:

• Sourcing, purchase order creation and administration
• Liaision of purchase order delivery schedule with different parties
• Following up delivery schedule, invoices, approvals and other documents with vendor
• Vendor performance evaluation, approvals and management
• Preparing different operation reports

Requirements:

• University graduate preferably in engineering or purchasing
• Minimum 2 years experience preferably in engineering industry
• Hands-on experience in MS Office, knowledge in Marco or VBA an advantage
• Good negotiation skills and communication skills
