The Planning Assistant Manager

• handles all planning activities of her brand(s) directly and through delegation
• owns a cross brand process
• owns key P&L lines
• builds and develops her team

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION

该职务的主要职责

The Assistant Planning Manager is the reference in China for all planning functions and processes of her brands. She is the interface between the brand’s strategy and the Supply Chain execution. Main responsibilities are to:

1. Manage replenishment to China and clients through

• forecasting
• supply planning
• distribution planning

Provide visibility on performance and risks for service / stock, Shared Service Center, regional and central functions

Make recommendations and lead actions to drive business metrics with key internal functional areas and key clients.

Animate periodic logistics reviews with brand’s China and Central Top Management, Singapore and key clients

2. Animate cross brand processes, ensuring they are adapted to business context, aligned with supply chain objectives and standardized among all brands, guaranteeing their resilience

3. Provide input to key P&L lines including sell-in phasing, client returns, scrap and depreciation… and ensure adherence to budget

4. Build, animate and develop her team as line manager, ensuring its smooth efficiency

In this position, all initiative taken to propose and conduct any continuous improvement actions / project (optimized tool, simplified processes, reduction of administrative workload...) will be welcome and encouraged.

？ 8 years Distribution / Retail / Supply Chain Planning experience

？ Knowledge and understanding of Distribution / Supply Chain concepts and application

？ English proficiency

？ Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills

？ Strong interpersonal and communications skills (oral & written)

？ Ability to animate reviews with top management

？ Proficient in Excel

？ Self-starter with ability to work independently under pressure and react quickly to changing priorities
