- Ensure customer service is timely and accurate on a daily basis
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
- Set specific customer service standards
- Contribute to improving customer support by actively responding to queries and handling complaints
- Follow up with customers to identify areas of improvement
- Share effective workarounds / solutions to the team
Job Requirements:
- Solid technical background with an ability to give instructions to a non-technical audience
- Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in both English & Cantonese
- Patience and perseverance when handling tough cases
**Fresh graduates will be considered. Renewal of contract will be subject to business needs and individual performance.
