Job Description

Job Description:

  • Ensure customer service is timely and accurate on a daily basis
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
  • Set specific customer service standards
  • Contribute to improving customer support by actively responding to queries and handling complaints
  • Follow up with customers to identify areas of improvement
  • Share effective workarounds / solutions to the team

 

Job Requirements:

  • Solid technical background with an ability to give instructions to a non-technical audience
  • Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in both English & Cantonese
  • Patience and perseverance when handling tough cases

 

**Fresh graduates will be considered. Renewal of contract will be subject to business needs and individual performance.
