Responsibilities:

• Responsible for project planning, testing and implementation, arrange UAT testing and oversee new IT System / service launch
• Work closely with headquarter, research department and branches, manage project schedule and timeline, balance the needs and priority for different departments
• Analytical mindset and strong communication skills for stakeholder management, understand business needs and process, provide solution and suggestion for process and business improvement
• Design and manage IT system related infrastructure
• Perform excellent documentation for knowledge transfer
• Arrange regular system training for the branches in different districts
• Better experience and qualifications will be considered as Senior Assistant System Management Officer

Requirements:

• University graduate in computer science, information technology, system engineering related disciplines or other relevant qualifications
• 1+ year business analyst / project management experience
• Experience in vendor management, database design and business system design
• Experience in business transformation or process reengineering will be a plus
• Well-organized, team spirit and able to meet all deadlines
• Mature and possess good communication skills
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Short notice will be a plus
• Candidate with more experience will be consider as Project Manager
