Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for helpdesk support and troubleshooting for end users
  • Responsible for day-to-day maintenance and operation support on hardware, software and application for shops
  • Coordinate and arrange technical support service activities
  • Manage and support on POS system, CCTV system and mobile devices
  • Handle incoming calls and emails to follow up ad hoc needs
  • Perform regular system checks to ensure application systems & IT services are stable
  • Assist in ad hoc projects assigned by senior


Requirements:

  • Certificate in Computer Science or above in related disciplines;
  • 0-2 year experience in helpdesk support;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese;
  • Self-motivated, responsible, able to work independently;
  • Immediate available is preferred
