Responsibilities:
- Responsible for helpdesk support and troubleshooting for end users
- Responsible for day-to-day maintenance and operation support on hardware, software and application for shops
- Coordinate and arrange technical support service activities
- Manage and support on POS system, CCTV system and mobile devices
- Handle incoming calls and emails to follow up ad hoc needs
- Perform regular system checks to ensure application systems & IT services are stable
- Assist in ad hoc projects assigned by senior
Requirements:
- Certificate in Computer Science or above in related disciplines;
- 1-2 year experience in helpdesk support;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese;
- Self-motivated, responsible, able to work independently;
- Immediate available is preferred
