Job Description
  •  Responsible for the development and formulation of policies, procedure in compliance with Accor hotels & Local regulations.
  • Supervise and consult with the management on talent strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Lead performance management, talent assessment, and effective labor relationships, including negotiating and administering labor agreements.
  • Report directly to General Manager.


Work Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management / Hotel Management.
  • 2 - 3 years of previous experience in Human Resources or relevant area as supervisor, assistant or manager level.
  • Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in Vietnamese & English language.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
