Responsibilities：

• Provide helpdesk support to internal users and PC software and hardware installation
• Provide technical support for networking and hardware operations
• Perform data backup, recovery, system health checking and user account administration
• Support and trouble-shooting internal IT platform and system, Windows, Mac and mobile devices  
• Update IT Department documents & inventory
• Arrange regular system training for the branches in different districts
• Assist in any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• University Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year working experience in supporting Windows and MS Office
• Knowledge of deploying system management and administration
• Strong in computer hardware and networking knowledge
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Well-organized, team spirit and able to meet all deadlines
• Mature and possess good communication skills
• Short notice will be a plus
• Fresh graduates also welcome
