1. Brief Description

This position is designed to assist Greater China trade management team daily business management, within Hongkong, South, Central and North China area to work on trade and network strategic planning thru internal & external communication with market intelligence. Manage various Trade submarket to maintain our leading position in the market. Take a lead to cooperate among all offices within the region for yield optimization and get vessels sail full week by week. Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by manager.

2. Key Accountabilities/Duties

• Give guidance and share experience to branch/FLOs
• Manage roll pool selection, and able to make decision with thorough justification, Minimize the possible complaints from FLOs
• Effective communication with Trade/Overseas as well as NC/CC/SC counter part sales to conduct the sub-trade target from regional level.
• Design and execute regional working process on all sub-market, and monitor the performance of this sub-market at regional level.
• Collect and analyse detailed market information, to be familiar with market situation and background, analyse in-depth with professional recommendation.
• To handle complex tasks assigned by managers/directors, making comprehensive decisions alone or with manager together.
• Design and execute loading/rate guideline of all sub-market to Greater China subregions/FLOs, and make adjustment according to latest volume and market situation

3. Requirements

• Bachelor Degree
• Above 5 years working experience in Shipping industry
• Good Selling Skill, Communication Skill (explanation, persuasion)
