Job Responsibilities:
Work with MKT team to develop promotion plan in line with brand strategy and understanding of category / channel / shopper/consumer;
Design channel promotion activities based on data analysis and marketing change, manage promotion resources, and evaluate the ROI of channel investment;
Implement channel management standards and policies according to the company category channel development strategy;
Understand competitors' sales and promotion mechanism based on market survey data;
Regular review of promotion, and summarize monthly/quartly execution focus;
Improve self capability of analysis and plan, as well as the regional sales team;
Assist with products development, and give advice and suggestions based on marketing needs.
Good product forecasting ability
Job Requirements:
Strong analytical skills to identify issues and draw insight from business operation (both online & offline)
Be sensitive to numbers
Strong process control and management skill
Team work spirit, great at cross functional cooperation (internal & external)
Full of ownership, be patient and results oriented
Bachelor's degree required
More than 3 years working experience in FMCG
Proficient in OFFICE software, such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
Have experience with SOP or Finance is a value added
