Job Description
Founded in 1989, Tai Hing Catering Group transforms from a small-scaled “siu-mei" (Chinese roast) fast food eatery to now one of the largest F&B chain restaurants in Hong Kong and Greater China. The Group owns several renowned brands, including Tai Hing, TeaWood, Trusty Congee King ,and other Japanese restaurants, managing around 100 outlets in Hong Kong. To cope with our rapid business expansion, we have an opening for the following position.

Responsibilities:
Work closely with management and various internal departments to identify training and development needs;
Responsible for a full spectrum of Training & Development functions including delivery of in-house training and seminars, coordinating with external parties on training & development events;
Prepare and develop different types of training course materials & manual;
Analyze, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs;
Conduct field coaching and store visits;
Handle ad-hoc project as assigned
Requirements:
University graduate in management, psychology, or related disciplines;
At least 5 years of solid training experience, preferable in F&B industry;
Strong passion in training and people development;
Excellent presentation and communications skills;
Good inter-personal skills & be able to work independently;
Well written and spoken English and Chinese;
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Training Manager
